Outdoor Living

As much as I like my tent, it doesn't let me get up close and personal with nature.

 

One night, after my al fresco dinner, I campaigned mightily by howling and scratching my tent until my people let me walk around on the deck. 

 

My main goal was to eat grass. I love eating arching, tendril-y plants. My person kept making me stop. I got a few good chomps in though.

 Afterwards I didn't feel so good.

I can't wait to go outside again.

Long and in charge

It's been pretty hot so I've been stretched out for maximum cooling effect, all while avoiding the air conditioner, of course.

The Great Outdoors

My people bought me my own tent so that I can go outside with them. They weren't sure if I would like it. I do. I like to look at the wildlife and bask on my cushion. Sometimes they make me come inside before I am ready. The little dog does not have his own tent.

Hierarchy

I was napping this afternoon in my person's office chair, while my person worked. The little dog was resting underneath the chair. Everyone was where they should be.

Stop and chew the roses

My people got this bouquet. I like it. I chewed on a couple leaves. I will chew it even more when the leaves are dry and crinkly.

What's the Magic Word

Today I was sitting in one of my favorite spots: near the radiator. The little dog wanted to walk near me. I gave him my special look. He laid down on the kitchen floor and was worried. After a while I let him go by.

Co-worker

I am helping my person with her work today by sitting on her lap while she is reading. She reads in between my ears and around my head. I am also touching all her papers.
